- 自動車開発プロジェクトにおける機能安全やSOTIF（意図しないシステム挙動の安全性）のリーディングを担当します。
- 安全分析手法を活用し、開発プロセスを支援します。
- 機能安全の要件やコンセプト、アセスメントに関して、顧客とのコミュニケーションや交渉をリードします。
- 社内外における機能安全やSOTIFに関する提案や課題解決を推進。グローバルなチーム（ドイツ、インド、ハンガリーなど）と連携して業務を進めます。

資格
[必須の経験・スキル]
- 安全に対する深い関心を持っている方
- ソフトウェアまたはハードウェアの開発経験、または技術的な知識がある方
- 開発の流れ/プロセスに関する基礎的な知識・経験がある方
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
- 英語：読み書きビジネスレベル以上 / スピーキング 中級以上

- 自動車や制御関連の製品開発経験
- プロジェクト管理の知識やリーダー経験
- ISO 26262、ISO 21448、A-SPICEに関する知識や実務経験
- FMEA、FTA、FMEDA、DRBFMなどの安全分析手法の経験

- TOEIC 700点以上が目安ですが、スコアよりも実践的なコミュニケーション能力が重視されます。社内での英語トレーニングもあり、語学力の向上に意欲があればスコアだけでは判断しません。
